LEVENE, Brian Sidney -
September 5, 1947, Winnipeg, MB February 6, 2023, Toronto, ON
Brian was the younger of two sons of Rubin and Reesa Levene of Winnipeg.
He was educated at the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Arts, and was a polite, self-effacing and funny person!
He worked for many years as a French translator at the Ontario Provincial Court, and was widely respected for his abilities and sunny, good humoured personality.
He is survived by a brother, Donald; his niece, Maia; nephews, Jonathan and Mitchell; and family.
He is loved and forever in our hearts.
Burial was at the Jones Avenue Jewish Cemetery, 462 Jones Ave., Toronto. The unveiling is planned for 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
