Jeanne passed away in Saint-Sauveur-des-Monts on January 26, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones, at the age of 92.

The daughter of Pierre Hurtubise and Jeanne Mercier, Jeanne was predeceased by her husband; Harry Donnelly Mulcair; and her son, Peter.

She leaves to mourn her children, Colleen (Michael), Thomas (Catherine), Jeannie (Marc), Daniel, Deborah, Sheilagh (Richard), Maureen (Miles), Kelly (Greg) and Sean (Kirstin); as well as her 19 grandchildren (Jennifer, Stephanie, Melissa, Matthew, Gregory, Sloane, Meaghan, Sean, Cédrick, Ashley, Nicholas, Catherine, Peter, Michelle, Julie, Kieran, Charlie, Camren and Harry); and her 17 great-grandchildren (Emma, Elliot, Henry, Edgar, Juliette, Raphaël, Leonard, Louis, Sterling, Hudson, Benjamin, Abigayle, Izabelle, Harrison, Thomas, Luke and Ella); as well as her brothers, Paul and André; and her sister, Suzel.

Jeanne was an extraordinary mother who adored life and cherished the family she founded together with Harry.

They had been together, and in love, since adolescence and a very large family was always part of their plans.

The family would like to express its heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team at Résidence Desjardins for the kind and loving friendship and care Jeanne enjoyed during her final years there.
