ARDAGH, Elizabeth Veronica - Passed away peacefully on February 1, 2018 in her 98th year.
Veronica was the daughter of the late William Johnson and Winifred Ardagh.
She was predeceased by her sister Patricia Codd (James) and her brother Michael (Gillian).
Vee was also predeceased by her great friend Thora Hawkes.
She will be missed by Thora's extended family, especially for her sense of humour and lively personality.
Veronica will be deeply missed by Elizabeth, her devoted caregiver for over seventeen years, as well as the Martinez family. Veronica supported seven foster children through international parent plans over three decades. She was a great traveller and visited them in France, Hong Kong and Indonesia.
Thank you to the staff at the McCowan Retirement Residence, in particular those on the sixth floor.
A funeral service will be held at the Christian Community Church, 901 Rutherford Road East, on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
