WEAVER, Constance - With a heavy heart the family announces the passing of Connie on May 26, 2018 in her 88th year.
Predeceased by her beloved Maurice, she will be forever remembered by her children, Michael, Diane (Gary) and cherished grandson Kevin.
She will be fondly remembered by all her nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours.

Family and friends will be received at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street North, Markham on Friday, June 8, 2018 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A mass will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2018, 10 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 5633 Highway 7, Markham. Interment will follow in Thornhill.
Those who wish can make donations to the Kidney Foundation or Parkinson Society Canada.
Now the heavens are brighter with one new star.
