Lennox CharlesLENNOX, Charles "Chuck” Raymond - (July 28, 1942October 19, 2019) -

It is with great sadness that the family of Charles “Chuck” Raymond Lennox announces his passing after a long, courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, October 19th, 2019 at the age of 77.

He is remembered by his devoted wife of 48 years Carole, adoring daughter Laurie (Ian), loving siblings Joy Hocking Whealy (David), Gary (Lynn), Murray (Susan), James “Jim”(Judy), William “Bill”, (Debbie), sister in law Laura Keat, brothers in law William "Bill”, Keat and Terry Joy, many nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and dear friends.

Chuck was predeceased by his beloved mother Marjorie Lennox (nee Leslie), father Charlie Lennox, in laws Betty Edwards (Bill), Joseph Joy (Betty), sister in law Elaine Lennox, nephew Steve Hocking.

Chuck had a life of happy times growing up with his siblings and relatives in West Hill. He went on to become an industrial designer at Tortex Machine Works from 1963 - 1990 then ventured on to form his own company Indacom.

His greatest loves in life were his family, friends, travelling, photography and having conversations with everyone he met.  The world was a much brighter place because of his ready smile and wonderful sense of humour.

Chuck was a man of faith and a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church.  He was always positive and an inspiration to everyone. He never complained about his pain or illness and was the most selfless, caring, compassionate and loving man.

We take comfort in knowing that he is now with his Lord and other loved ones who have passed, and most of all, his cherished Mother.

Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King Street West, Oshawa (905-721-1234) on Friday, October 25th from 1 - 3pm and 5 - 7pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, October 26th at 11:00am.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Online condolences may be made at  oshawafuneralhome.com.
