CHIZELU, Mukonda - (May 2, 2000 - December 17, 2019)
The Chizelu family is deeply saddened to announce the tragic passing of their handsome lovely son on Tuesday, December 17th, 2019.
Mukonda was a 2nd Year Chemical Engineering Student at Laurentian University.
Mukonda will be sadly missed by his parents Gideon and Colly Chizelu, his Sister Mununga Chizelu, his brother Mulunda Chizelu.
Mukonda will also be remembered by extended family and friends.
Mukonda passed away together with his loving girlfriend Jaidyn Phillis, they were both 19 years old.
Visitation will be held at McEachnie Funeral Home, on Friday, December 27th from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Memorial Service in the chapel on Saturday, December 28th at 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM
