SALOMONE, Concetta - (December 20, 1924 – September 11, 2020)
Concetta passed away peacefully on September 11th, 2020 at Lakeridge Health – Oshawa, surrounded by her four sons, in her 96th year.
Beloved wife of the late Giuseppe.
Loving mother of Vittorio and his wife Jerry, Giovanni and his wife Frances, Frank and his wife Filomena, Rito and his wife Laura.
Cherished Nonna of Sonia (Steve), Lisa (Bryan), Catherine (Sean), Annamaria (Jessie), Joseph (Nicole), Tina, Angela, Sarah (Gavin), Michael, Nicholas and Christina.
She will be missed by her great grandchildren Victoria, Violet, Charlotte, Anthony, Adrian and Marco.
Lovingly remembered by her sister in Italy Maria. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Thursday, September 17th from 4 – 8 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. GERTRUDE’S CATHOLIC CHURCH (690 King St, E., Oshawa) on Friday, September 18th at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
