Saulnier PauletteSAULNIER, Paulette Gertrude - (October 27, 1948 - April 17, 2020)

At the age of 71, Paulette Gertrude Saulnier left us suddenly on April 17th, 2020 in Toronto.

She was the daughter of the late Alyce Saulnier (Conway) and Clifford Saulnier.

She is survived by brother Clifford Saulnier (Karen), as well as her loving son Robert Freeman (Kathleen) and daughter Rhiannon Freeman.

Paulette was also a beloved grandmother “Gaga” to Norah Freeman-Purcell and Jameson Freeman- Purcell. An aunt to Judith Saulnier, Carolyn Saulnier, Ian Saulnier and Eric Saulnier (Ainslay); as well as great-aunt to Nathan Rahim and Tessa Saulnier.

And best friend to Chris Reed.  Paulette grew up in Halifax, Nova Scotia, graduating from Dalhousie University and was a professor of Early Childhood Education at St Lawrence College for over 40 years.

She was a vibrant women who lit up the room with her incredible smile and sense of humor. We will remember her for her good heart, generous nature, love for her family and brilliant smarts.

She was taken from us too soon with so much more to offer and she had been looking forward to fully retiring and seeing the world.

She will be greatly missed by all of those who knew and loved her.

A celebration of her wonderful life will be planned at a later date. We will miss you, Mom/Gaga.
