Pereira DianaPEREIRA, Diana Kristen - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family and friends on Sunday, September 27, 2020 after a courageous fight with cancer.

She was 32 years old.

It would be wrong to say that Diana lost her battle because she never stopped fighting.

No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Diana stayed strong.

Diana was born on November 1st, 1987 in Toronto.

She was an amazing, loving and devoted mother and wife. She was a beloved daughter and sister and a cherished friend and colleague. She was beautiful inside and out, and brought joy and light to all those who knew her. Their memories of her beautiful spirit and generous heart will never be forgotten.

Diana is survived by her adoring husband Jason Pereira and their three-year-old son, Julian Pereira.

She is also survived by her mother Anna Kokosza, and brothers Michael (Cassandra) Kokosza and Thomas Kokosza.

She joins her late father Kazimierz Kokosza in heaven.

Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, October 1st at 11AM at St. Martin Of Tours Parish, 1290 McBride Avenue, Mississauga, ON. Due to current restrictions, attendance to both the viewing and the mass will be by invitation from the family only.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gord Downie Fund for Brain Cancer Research at https://donate.sunnybrook.ca/gord or the Canadian Cancer Society at https://www.cancer.ca/en/donate/?region=on.
