McNEIL, Richard Niel 'Richie' - Richard Niel McNeil, age 33, of Toronto, Ontario passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Richard was born January 29, 1988.
Richard (Richie) Niel McNeil was a kind, fun-loving man who had a big heart and lots of love to give. He never left a person behind. He was very caring and compassionate and would give what he could to others in need.
He loved his children with all of his heart. He will be greatly missed by his mother, his children, sisters, grandparents, the mother of his children, aunties, uncles, and many friends.
He was truly a gift from Creator!
