Gula AlexandraGULA, Alexandra  -  It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Lesia, on August 29, 2022, after a brief illness.

Lesia was predeceased by her loving husband, Stephan and her beloved son, Andrij, as well as her brother, Bohdan and parents, Pawlo and Stefania Dzulynsky.

Lesia will be greatly missed by her daughter, Christina, son, Roman (Christina), grandchildren, Adriana, Danylo, Christopher, Anastasia, Nicholas, brothers, Orest and Lybomyr, sister, Myroslawa and their families, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada, Ukraine and Scotland, and her friends.

Lesia was born in Ukraine and immigrated to Canada in 1949. She was an avid gardener and painter who loved music and until very recently played the piano daily.

She belonged to the choir Levada for several years and singing in the choir brought her much joy.

Visitation on Thursday, September 1st, at Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St., from 5 to 8 p.m. Panachyda at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 2nd, at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Church, 4 Bellwoods Ave., interment at Park Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to CUSAP @cusap | Linktree or would be greatly appreciated. May she rest in peace.
