McCONNELL, Yvonne Barbara - Passed peacefully, on Friday, April 21, 2023.
She would have reached 103 on May 16th.
Daughter of Cyril and Phyllis Baxter; beloved wife of Bernard (Barney); loving mother to Gordon (Lee, daughter-in-law) and John; and loving friend to Michael.
Survived by her sister, Rosemary. A life that spanned three continents: born in British India; moved to England; and later joined her son, John, in Canada.
She attracted people to her with her generous and non- judgemental nature. Many of us were the recipients of her skill in knitting.
A visitation will be held at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Ave. West, on Thursday, April 27th from 5-7 p.m. Prayers at 6 p.m.
