CAIN, Barbara Ann  -

November 24, 1946 - May 17, 2023

Barbara left us comfortably at home with her sister, Bonnie Cain, at her side.

She returns to be forever with parents, Tom and Aileen Cain.

The door always open, pot of tea always on, Barbara was at her best when surrounded by family and friends, sharing stories and laughs.

She will be missed deeply by: Bonnie; brother, Bill Cain (Elleanor); nephews, Kevin Cain and Jason Cain (Rachel); great-nieces/nephew, Hannah, Thomas and Olivia Cain; and countless others.

A working woman (26 years at Toronto General Hospital; and 12 years at Sherway Gardens), she lived unapologetically her own way, and always with a hand extended to any in need.

Bonnie would like to thank the many who provided support in her time of need, but especially Alvin Fenton and Donna Lindsay, night RN, Veronica, and the palliative care nurses/PSW's.

She still lives in our hearts.
